Hot Rocks Meals

Hot Rocks is cooking on volcanic stones - No oil or fat used. Your choice of meat, fish, chicken etc is placed on the volcanic stone which has been heated to 400°C. This seals the food to lock in the nutrients and juices. The rock and food is then brought to your table where it continues to cook while you eat.
This means your last bite is as hot as the first.

All Hot Rocks meals are served with fresh summer salad, a jacket potato, and a dipping sauce of your choice: Gravy, Peppered Gravy, Smokey BBQ, Mint Sauce, Lime Aioli, Tartare, Char Grill Vegetable Relish, Sweet Chili.
