Enjoy a unique dining experience at our beautiful lakeside setting. Hot Rocks is an interactive dining method that presents your meal cooking on volcanic rock heated to 400C. This method sears in the natural juices thereby enhancing the flavour and tenderness of your meal. No oils or fats are used with the Hot Rock dining style making it a healthy eating option.
The menu also offers ‘Off the Rocks’ options, including gourmet platters, a cheeseboard and other dishes which change with the seasons.

Lake Charlotte can cater for all occasions including private dinners, corporate Christmas parties and weddings.

Cellar Door

Lake Charlotte Vineyard is situated 250 metres above the coastal plain. This elevation has a micro climate that brings out the crisp, fruity flavours in our white wines and body and bouquet in our reds. Frosty winters make for a long dormancy ensuring a uniform bud burst to give an even concentration of fruit and flavour.

Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho grapes are grown at Lake Charlotte allowing for a diverse winelist, encompassing red, white, sparkling, fortified and dessert wines, all available for tasting.
